- If the guest cancels or modifies the room up to 24 hours prior to arrival, the hotel will not charge anything to the credit card.
- If the guest cancels the room less than 24 hours before arrival or is a NO SHOW the hotel will charge the first night to the credit card.
- There is no charge for early departure as long as the guest cancels remaining nights at reception with 24 hours notice and checks out before 12 midday.
